What is the delivery time of my purchase?
As soon we have details of the shipment costs from Malca-Amit or Brinks, you agree the total invoice amount, and we have received your advance payment, we will commence production of your handmade jewel(s).
Jewellery from our website usually takes a maximum 16 days for delivery within Belgium, European countries and rest of the world. Special requests and the most exclusive jewellery designs or rare diamonds & gemstones can take more time.
Rose d’Anvers works only with natural mined diamonds . The search for a particular diamond or gemstone can take longer and depends on your request. The process from purchase to delivery in reality, how does it work?
Once you fall in love with one of our Rose d’Anvers Antwerp masterpieces of jewellery design and have placed an order, we will contact you and ask you for your diamond wish and favorite material: Silver – yellow gold – white gold – rose gold – green gold – platinum – palladium.
Rose d’Anvers will help you find the right materials that will best suit your taste.and sense of style. We only work with highest quality, purest materials.
Your dream starts to come true after registration of your payment
If you wish, we can update you at each step of the production process of your order, . When production of your handmade jewel is finished, you can follow your shipment through the tracking number of the secure jewellery transport service.

Delivery and invoice address is not the same
The delivery address can be different from the invoicing address, and you can specify this when placing your order on our website.

How about the VAT?
Prices at the Rose d’Anvers website include 21% VAT. The prices shown on rosedanvers.com are the correct price for clients within the EU. Clients outside the EU are exempt from VAT, thus no 21% VAT is applicable, but most countries apply on delivery a border tax and/or local taxes, which our clients have to pay to the delivery courier. We will give you all the needed information about the shipping- and insurance costs or any local taxes upfront, before you purchase your jewel.
I want to know the exact delivery time from my order to my door, how long does this take?
The moment we know your jewellery wish, we will tell you the exact date you may expect delivery of your jewel. You will be informed of each step we take with your order, so you can follow the process.
Of-course we recommend you to receive your own parcel, but if it’s not possible, please send us the name of your designated recipient with his or her identity data, so we can specific this to the courier. Please make sure you can pick up your parcel, so you will not be charged for extra costs.
Delivery address and my address on my credit card is not the same, is that a problem?
We advise you to contact by e-mail the bank that issued your credit card to inform them of your Rose d’Anvers purchase.
